Kate and her team are professional, provide great service, prompt at returning phone calls and emails and are easily accessible. Morris Bros management of my rental property over several years has been excellent. Communications from tenants has been respectful and focused on fast resolution of any issues. I trusted Morris Bros to make decisions, organise quotes and works and to provide advice to both myself and tenants about the status of any works (not that there was a lot of work required!). Inspections were thorough and regular. Changes of tenants occurred smoothly, with few gaps. I was always kept up to date and trusted the recommendations made.
